Songs of Life is designed to be used flexibly and freely by local churches and other study groups in a variety of settings. It aims to encourage people of all ages to reflect on their own journey of faith, and to engage with the psalms in a variety of ways, so that they may illuminate and challenge our lives. It can be used in a house group setting, as a series of study or retreat days, a programme for a church weekend or alternative series for Sunday worship. There are six sessions.
